Individual Therapy
The kinds of problems that each individual brings into therapy are often complicated and not usually neatly categorized. Human beings are complex and though many areas of functioning may be impacted, the source of these often lead back to a core emotional or psychological injury. In the landscape of psychotherapy, it is well understood that the first step toward change is in identifying the problem.
I bring many years of clinical experience, my personal life experiences, and professional training to my work with clients and feel confident that I can help you. Though the following are examples of some of the most common issues presenting in my practice, it is by no means all inclusive.
- Relationships
- Career
- Self-Esteem
- Self-Confidence
- Healthy Boundaries
- Communication Skills
- Co-Dependency
- Unresolved trauma from childhood
- Breaking counter-productive patterns
- Social Anxiety
- Social Phobias
- Fearfullness
- Substance Abuse
- Depressive Disorders
I look forward to taking this journey with you.

a step at a time,
a breath at a time,
a day at a time”
